I had such a great experience at this store with the assistant manager Latoya and one of the members of her team, Kunle. I had some heavy items to return and Kunle was a huge help carrying the items in and directing me towards parking. Latoya handled my transaction with patience and expertise - they both were a total pleasure to interact with. The store is beautiful - can’t wait to return!!

Our sales rep, Giselle, at EQ3 was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She provided all the written documentation that we needed including samples of fabric.Later that day, we called her to place the order. She quickly updated the proposal with a few changes, sent it by email and then took payment by phone.She was a pleasure to work with.
