Before we were half way threw our dinner the server announces the kitchen is closing - it was 7:45PM on a Sunday evening, and if we wanted dessert we needed to order it. Asked her if a cold flan or tres leches from the fridge was ok to order after we finished eating and she agreed "yeah probably". We felt rushed and my guess, the staff just wanted to close the restaurant early. There are many options for TexMex so I will not waste my time and money here again. We were hosting friends and it was really embarrassing.

The food and service are excellent, both in-person or to-go! Escalante's offers a healthier and delicious option for Tex-Mex. highly recommend!
