One of my favorite things to do when in an Uber or Lyft is to ask the driver about his/her favorite places to eat. On a recent ride, my driver was from Nepal, so we got on to the topic of momos. I learned that different restaurants specialize in different things, and if you want the best momos in the Bay, you go to Everest Kitchen. I always thought the best momos were at Nomad, but I was wrong. Although Nomad still has excellent momos and the best chili sauce around, Everest Kitchen makes momos that are sooooooo good you don't even need a dipping sauce.
