DoorDash delivered the wrong order, and even though it was not Ezell’s fault, they re-made the order on the spot and made it right. Customer service was excellent, and of course the chicken is always the best in town.

Those who know me know I love a good chicken sandwich and The Bird was not a letdown. Located in the heart of SF in the financial district on New Montgomery St, it's perfectly located for those who live or work around the area.

I'm giving this 5 star review because of Ezell's management team at headquarters, and not particularly for this location. Everybody's comments for this location is pretty much correct, its just not a good area, also not a full store, view comment on 9/28/2016 by Rich W. Getting straight to the point, recently moved to WA from TX, so this was my second time to visit an Ezell's Famous Chicken. The first one was in Renton a couple of weeks prior to this visit. The Renton location did an excellent job, and the portion size was correct. I assumed that this location would be the same.
