We had a fantastic time at this new restaurant in Rincon! They had a really fresh menu, lots of choices and drink specials were outstanding (I got a craft beer for $3 and a mixed drink for $6.50.) Our waitress, Kim, was awesome. She was personable, funny and actually seemed to enjoy her job! She didn't let one drink get empty. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. We had the charcuterie plate and bruschetta for an appetizer, as well as the fried mozzarella, and my wife had the tomato bisque. I had the Rincon Burger, which was cooked to a perfect medium rare and had just the amount of spice that I was looking for (jalapeños and chipotle!). Kids had chicken fingers and fries, which they devoured. We will definitely return and will be recommending Fairway Bistro to our friends.
