I went in tonight February 19th to get a half order of Greek fries with lamb and extra Greek sauce and feta...Once I got home and saw that my order was wrong in ALL ways, I called and when I was trying to explain to the first person I was speaking with they didn't tell me I was being transferred to his co-worker and when I realized I was speaking to someone other than I originally thought I was, this person I was Now speaking with was extremely degrading and Spoke Down to me in a way that was extraordinary and Rude beyond measure!! I was taken off guard because I have NEVER come across this type of RUDE BEHAVIOR from people that represent Falafel Salam when I said to thus person that I will try to resolve this mistake with the owner... the worker Hung Up on me!!!I am sincerely astonished with the extreme lack of customer service and just plain Rudeness by the 2 people working tonight the 19th of February!
