Much better than last time. Chicken livers were cooked beautifully. Onion rings cooked to perfection (could use a little seasoning in the batter,Well, updateThe above post was some time ago obviously. Due to my last visit, I have dropped their 4 stars to one star.This cook must have quit b/c monday night & not to long ago ( twice in a row), I have gotten really sorry food here.We've been coming here off & on for 20 yrs. Ya'll remember when they had the old place down the rd.. that one gave my husband food poisoning from catfish.My last visit I ordered chicken livers soft(means don't over cook them - charred rubber. 1 reg order of livers w/ a side salad & a BASKET of onion rings. I knew i would be sharing the rings....What came out was pretty much fish bait w/ no crust!! It should have a crust on it just like church's chicken!! Or any good fried chicken.. Along w/ this was 5 rings on the plate instead of a basket. I tried to eat the livers , but it just wasn't going to happen. When she took my plate back , She asked if I wanted to keep The Onion rings. I told her no I would wait for the basket. When the plate came back it had the same for onion rings on it that I didn't eat because I thought I was getting a new basket and the liver's looked like the same thing I had the 1st time period keep in mind I specifically asked her if the livers were hand breaded by the cook. She said yes so I assumed I would be getting a new order of livres. I took a bite and I just can't tell you how horrible it was. When she came over and asked how everything was this time I asked her if all they did was re Fry them. Thank God she was actually honest and said yes very hesitantly. Bad form. Shame on you for trying to dupe a loyal customer...

Food was awesome. Service was great and fast
