Famous Pizza & Beer - Village of Oak Creek in Sedona

Best pizza ever. Awesome beers.

Can’t comment on the pizza because I left out of the incredibly rude comment made by a staff member. We went to this location because a friend recommended the pizza. My kids were excited to be there, but I have a 4 yo and had to run her to the restroom before ordering. Once I got to the counter to place my order I realized there were no gluten free options. My daughter has severe gluten allergies so at this point, I knew we had to leave so I could obviously feed my child. The young man working the counter immediately told me that it was ridiculous that we came in the restaurant and used the restroom without ordering food. I explained my reason and he rolled his eyes and walked off. I remained there for a minute in shock of how a customer was just treated, but it didn’t end there. Called other loaction first but was told to order from this one based on our address. They told me that I was out of the delivery zone but took the order anyway and said it would be 45-50min knowing our address. After an hour 15 min, I call and they said driver was on the road. After another 30 min, I called back and they said the order was cancelled due to the delivery address. They called the driver back after he was already en route. They claim they tried to call to let me know but no call was received. I asked to speak to a manager but he had left and the person left made very little effort to make it right. This is not how business should be done. Almost 2 hours after a quoted 45 min delivery time I have no pizza and have to scramble for dinner.
