Fan Tang is one of my favorite places to grab take out, seriously I love the cashew chicken. I'm also a big fan of the orange chicken with fried rice but honestly anytime I don't get the cashew chicken I regret it. Today I ordered through the Yelp app and picked up my order. It was so quick and perfectly easy. The food was amazing as always but I appreciated that the app makes it super easy to make modifications. I strongly dislike bell peppers so I specified in the app compared to the last times in person it was harder to communicate with masks and plastic barriers. My food was great and their portions are very reasonable. They do have outdoor seating available which is much appreciated. I just can't imagine sitting outside for lunch with this heat and all the smoke in the air.
