Wow!! What a great experience. Everything was great!! Brussels sprouts, Hot chicken, Chipotle mac. Service was awesome too! Will definitely visit often!!

Never disappointed when I eat here. The overall experience from service, atmosphere, and food are great. The French dip is one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. They also have amazing Mac and cheese. The menu changes seasonally but is always excellent. Brussel sprout starter is always good. A lot of downtown restaurants get most of the attention in Knoxville but the Farmacy is heads and shoulders above those places and is one of my wife and I's go to places. You will be glad you tried it!
