So sad that I'm going from a super 5 star review to 2 stars. I really hated having to do this. Maybe it's just me but the attention to detail and customer service in the evening or on a Saturday isn't the same as during the week in the afternoon. Literally took 15 minutes to get an order of onion rings and once I received them they were cold. All while people after me were being served. Kevin then brought them back to me seconds later and clearly they had just been submerged back in the grease because they were extremely greasy. I mean cmon. Ya can't take 15 minutes on an order of onion rings when its not busy. And his apology seemed extremely insincere. Also asked for and extra sauce for my $4.50 rings and Kevin told me it would cost me $.25 more. Mind you my food total was over $18 for just my self. I'm positive he could've waived the extra quarter. I guess it's just as well since I had to send back the rings. And honestly they're the main reason I even come here the bao is a bonus. Also those were a bit wet. I even got the sauce on...

Food is good but the process is lacking... it's sloooow. Seems like they prioritize to-go orders over in person. Probably better off ordering takeout unless you enjoy a long wait.

Fat Bao is always good and the menu has a good variety. You have to try the fat cauliflower and the fat fries.
