I came through the drive thru with 2 orders and Michelle did an awesome job of taking both orders separately and recommending sweets to enjoy for dessert. I was having an off day and she really helped brighten it up with her friendly service. Will definitely return to this location. Very nice staff!

My son & I visited Fazoli's on Northland Ave/Richmond St in Appleton tonight. Our server Bayleigh was super nice & v patient as my son knew exactly what he wanted & it took me a bit to explain exactly what I wanted. She asked questions & went back over the order for me. What I found most impressive though was how she brought the food out to us, she checked to see if we'd like more bread sticks, while being sure to social distance. I also observed sanitizing while we were there, tables for dine-in were spaced out & all employees...
