This is Italian fast food. However, if you are in a hurry, it is good. The lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, and Caesar salad were all acceptable. The bread sticks are great. I just wish I did not have to eat it with plastic utensils.

Fazoli's umm well for starters when we walked in to dine in an employee was smoking right in front of the entrance door. That same employee also took our order after they finished their cigarette. Now I'm cool heck I was young once I did the bar scene I get it but c'mon what happened to the 25 foot rule? Anyway after being served our food we had the worst breadsticks you could imagine. I mean hey lumber is high right now but if your looking for a sturdy substitute Fazoli's breadsticks might be an option. It's like they gathered the leftover breadsticks from off the table and placed them back in the warmer idk? The pasta is always undercooked so you get a pleasant crunchy texture with every bite(I had the spaghetti). All in All Fazoli's is what it is. Underwhelming at most. If you're hungry and you just have to have Italian I'd skip this place and fly to Italy just think of all that money you saved on lumber.
