Ordered ahead online and came in later to get my stuff. My order must have been forgotten about because the staff behind the counter scrambled to find it and eventually told me it was never made. I then asked for a refund, but the employee insisted it would only be a few more minutes. It's annoying that I paid and ordered ahead of time just to wait 15 minutes like everyone else ordering at the counter. The food was good, but not worth the hassle.

This was a very nice restaurant like all other Fazoli's I've been to. Great service and food. Only thing I can complain about is the restaurant is a bit seen better days.
