The location, ample parking, customer service and food were all great! I ordered the half chicken, spicy kale greens, pimento Mac n cheese and the cornbread. All A1

We ordered 2 orders of burnt ends and side's.More than half the meat was unchewable.you know what your serving when cutting. This stuff should have been discarded or made into chop beef. Sides and service was good.Would not go back.

High-quality BBQ anyplace these days (and I don't mean just anyplace in Houston) is pricey. Ordering by the pound is usually a bit daunting and can feel over-priced. Not Feges BBQ. I love the brisket and pulled pork (served by the HALF a pound, which is PLENTY for one person, in my opinion, and I can eat a lot!), the chicken sandwich (the grilled one), and pretty much every side I've had here. They are known for having side dishes a cut above most other BBQ restaurants, and rightly so! (Pro Tip: Don't miss the amazing sauces!)They have an outside kids area, and my kids LOVE the kids area! My kids also love the burger, though (as the buyer of said kids burgers) I think the price of them went up since they first opened, but maybe I'm wrong. The kids meals come with a cookie and a side. I wish (for my kids, not me) that they had a couple "plain" sides like plain corn, plain mac & cheese or perhaps baked beans. I end up happy, because I always end up eating most of whatever sides they get, but I just wish they had something "plain" that they'd devour themselves. Not a big deal. The place is always full (a very good sign!) but never over-crowded nor a long wait after ordering. They have a very simple happy hour (one wine half-priced, I think), but I wish they'd expand it to more offerings. Well, maybe not, since I already crave going there and I don't need an excuse to go more often!Pro Tip #2: Get the margarita. Just trust me.Overall, one of THE BEST additions to Spring Branch. Better hours than the original location, and I know people travel from quite a distance to check it out. The BBQ is so good, so those are some smart people!
