Best Taiwanese street food in Albuquerque or even in New Mexico !The beef noodle is marinated for hours before it sliced. And Gua Bao (pic1), with pork belly, cilantro and peanuts bite sized yummy! No need to dig any sauce. 卤肉饭: if you know what it is then it is perfect for a snack :) not too much, just right portion. The owner also make off-the-menu red bean paste with sticky rice during Lunar New Year!Have to try their breakfast ! We will be back for sure!

Y'all. This was so good. My mouth was so happy. The pork buns were soft, the steamed dumplings were packed with flavor and the green onion fry bread was a chewy delight. I have been recommending this to everyone I know. The only caveat I will add is that a lot of people recommend the stinky tofu as a delightful, authentic dish but if you have smell sensitivity issues (if you can't handle nato, for example) maybe just get the normal tofu dish. Stinky isn't a euphemism here ;)

Wonderful Taiwanese lady who runs this place. I've been looking for authentic Asian food and I'm so glad I found Fei's cafe. The lady used 5o run a restaurant near UNM but closed it down to temporarily return home to take care of her family...and is now back in business cooking Taiwanese street food in ABQ again. Te menu is small and a bit limited, mostly what you can get as street food in Taiwan (youtiao, xiaolongbao, pork buns, dumplings, etc). But..the catch is..she takes the time to cook the meals herself! It's homecooking and not storebought! So, given she has to cook things fresh and is the only one running the cafe, please be kind and understanding that it may take a while to get your food...but yes..this place is original Asian food..and helps curb my desire for authentic Chinese food quite effectively. P.S. the lady is so kind..My first time at the cafe, I spent some time having a conversation with her. She even gave me some free snac...
