Location: Northside of Rice Village in a very cozy area ,close to enough to walk to Rice Village , but far enough to have it's own tree lined outdoor seating area. Interior: Very clean and bright. Approximatley 5 tables that seat anywhere from 2 to 4 people and two large tables that seat 6 . The area behind the counter is also very well kept and the food displays are very well organized Customer Service: Very professional "10 Star staff "here ! -unlike all the other coffee shops who have ghetto people or young teeny boppers who tend to have little or no experience with all that pertains to the art of cafè. Quality of Coffee and other beverages:: If you are coffee conaseur , who seeks ambiance, and one who seeks great customer service , then this is it. The Question: This is the only cafe we have gone to for the past 3 months while we are here in Houstons Medical Center area. Recommendation: Classy relaxing jazz music outside and inside. In the realm of Duke Ellington,Dave Peck, Lucky Thompson , and the Tord Gustavsen Trio.

I couldn’t believe how rude the staff was. The guy taking my order and the barista working the counter Feb. 5th at 11AM mocked me to my face about what I ordered, which was something from the menu, so I’m not sure what the problem was. If your staff didn’t agree with my choice, they could’ve suggested something else on the menu or they could’ve simply kept their opinions to themselves and made me the coffee I paid for. I don’t know what kind of business allows it’s workers to openly belittle their customers. To anyone reading these reviews, there are plenty of other coffee shops in the area that know how to treat their customers with decency, Grinder’s Coffee Bar and Cavo Coffee to name a few. I suggest you take your business there. No one wants to deal with pretentious guys making mediocre coffee. Such an annoying experience.
