Props to the Fiamma staff for our great experience today. We reserved for a party of 17. On top of our large party the place was slammed. But everything came out promptly and correctly. We had a great time. Their hard work is much appreciated especially when it seems like all businesses are short staffed.

First time in Bethlehem PA. Check into hotel after a long day drive looking for a good Italian & seafood restaurant. Came across a listing for Fiamma Italian Grill about 6 miles from the hotel. My wife an I decided to try the restaurant out. Wow!! What a delightful meal starting off with their garlic nots. My wife had the mussels with marinara sauce and I had the frutta demare. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised how fresh the seafood was. Can't wait until the next time we pass thru Bethlehem. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being high we would rate them a 6. That's how good our meals were.
