Absolutely no flavor. I've been here multiple times so I feel like I'm giving a fair review. The food has absolutely no flavor. Even the "hot" sauce tasted like tomato sauce. The rice is rubbery and again no flavor. I don't even think they use salt. I asked them to douse my enchiladas with hot sauce and I don't even have the faintest burn in my mouth. Stopped into the Columbia Center food court one day to see if I could find some cheap, quick food. Fiesta Fiesta certainly satisfied the "cheap" part--I got an enchilada and rice for just over $5. It was a lot of food for the price and I was stuffed by the end of lunch. However, the service was SLOW. Despite the assembly line setup, I waited around 10 minutes just to order. I've gone to other restaurants in the food court, and have never had to wait that long to place an order. As for the food... mediocre. The rice had a nice flavor to it, but it was REALLY oily. When I was finished. the plate was soaked through from the grease. A little off-putting. And while the enchilada sauce was yummy and the chicken moist and tender, I was confused when my enchilada was made with a flour instead of corn tortilla. I could see getting a flour tortilla in a true fast food place like Taco Bell, but I...
