This place has the best bottemless brunch! They have the small plates so you can sample everything and the menu for the brunch is quite versatile. The pizza isn't on the brunch menu but it is a must!

Do you like pasta? Do you like bacon? Do you like cheese? If you answered yes to all three of those questions, then grab a friend by the hand and head to Fire Works Pizza. Skip over all of the other options on the menu and order the Bacon Mac & Cheese. The pasta is smothered in a white truffle sauce with the perfect amount of garlic. The thick cut bacon adds the perfect amount of salt and texture the dish. The bacon doesn't overwhelm the sauce, it almost enhances it. When you're finished with this dish order the Apple Crisp for dessert. I may be biased here, because Apple Pie or Apple Crisp is my favorite. Either way order it. The Oatmeal Crust, the Caramel Sauce and the Vanilla Ice Cream are just what you need to warm your soul. I will be back, and I will be ordering the exact same thing.
