Very disappointing experience at this location. There were 4 of us going out for what we hoped would be a nice celebration for my wife's birthday. This was our first time to go to a Firebirds restaurant and were looking forward to it. As we had drinks in the bar area, we were waiting to be seated for our reservation and noticed that several parties entered after us and were seated immediately. When I talked to the host, he said that he was waiting to seat us for our waiter to get to work. Should have known then...Three of us ordered steaks and another ordered grilled chicken. The steaks were OK, but not anything special. The grilled chicken was overcooked and burnt. Two of us had a loaded baked potato and both of the potatoes were actually cold. Called the waiter over to have the situation addressed and eventually another server brought replacements. She actually said, "I'm not really sure what's going on here...
