Today was our 1st trip to Richmond, after locating what we thought was a suitable restaurant (Firebirds Wood Fired Grill) we sat down ordered two sangrias that were great. However that was the last of the greatness. The second sangria was ordered roughly 10 minutes after drinking the 1st (so we both would have one each) and it did not arrive for another 15+ minutes. Like I said, the drink was great. We were seated prior to the couple who sat down 20 minutes after us but we still managed to order within 5 minutes of eachother. Mind you the lady and gentleman behind us were close enough for us to hear their order which consisted of two burgers (Durango and smokehouse burgers) I ordered a Durango burger with bacon and my wife ordered a bit salad with added shrimp. These two meals took an additional 20 minutes to arrive post the couple behind us and my burger arrived cooked medium vs well-done and without the requested bacon. After speaking with the manager he apologized and offered to comp our meals, I hope I'm not sick from the medium and bloody burger.
