The salmon was over cooked and dry. The ribeye did not have any flavor. There was no seasoning on the seasoned steak fries which were actually regular normal cut fries. I've had better at this location. Not sure if I will return.

This was my second time visiting Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Alpharetta. The first time was a little disappointing. My friend ordered the prime rib, and I ordered the steak salad. We both ordered our meat cooked medium rare, and both items were over cooked closer to medium well. The server apologized and offered to have the meat recooked. They brought a fresh small portion of steak for my salad, but the manager had to come out and explain to my friend that they had overcooked the entire prime rib, and thus they could only serve it medium well. A few weeks later I returned to the restaurant and sat at the bar. This time I ordered one of their burgers with bacon and smoked cheddar cheese. I had to wait close to 22 minutes for the food, but the burger was hot, juicy and very flavorful. Brian, the bartender, was friendly and fairly attentive. He did check on me multiple times, but he did not provide timely refills. I ordered a soft drink with my burger. My glass was completely empty multiple times, and I had to ask Brian for a refill. Based upon the taste and quality of the burger, I would definitely consider returning and recommending the restaurant. However, based upon my first visit, I was not left with a positive impression of the restaurant as a steakhouse when they can't cook a steak to order and have to recook both steak entrees.
