Great sandwiches. The service was pretty slow but it was worth the wait!

The sandwiches are great but the help could be a whole lot more friendly. At first I thought I was at Walmart because same attitude from the employees "you expect me to work I'm just here for the paycheck" How about be friendly because without customers you don't have a job. The wait time is always slow not sure why but I mean really slow. I changed from Subway but if the attitude of the employees stay the same and the slow service stays the same I will be going back to Subway. I have read many of these reviews and it looks like the person how replies back says the same thing and that is where it ends or maybe no one with Firehouse Subs really cares.

Sandwich was pretty good, just sad there was no hot sauce
