I am unsure what is going on as of late with this firehouse subs but I doubt my wife and I will ever return to it. We pulled into the drive thru which always has been somewhat slow but this time the woman who took our order decided to be very rude to use. The whole time we were giving the order she was short with us and gave the impression she would be anywhere but there. Then when we pulled up we waited 5-10 min with no one coming to take our card or give us our drinks or anything. After sitting there in the driveway for abit long we decided to just leave. I wish I had read the other reviews online beforehand to see this place has been going downhill.
