Good concept, not well executed.Thought the idea of make your own pizza or pasta for an affordable price was cool. The location itself is also super convenient, but also sad to say that my food was the total opposite of what I expected. Tried the make your own pasta dish with various items in it and it was half burnt and I didn't even get to finish it. felt like I paid $12 for a lunch that straight up sucked..the $12 wouldn't have been bad if it was actually cooked right. Can't say how the pizza is but I probably won't be back anyway. Sent an email to franchise earlier this week about it and still no response.

Amazing service and delicious food! The toppings are fresh and of amazing quality. Seriously impressed by the speed at which each individual pie is produced and the service of those who work here! Cannot wait for my next trip back to Firenza Pizza in Secaucus NJ
