FishEx in Anchorage

Was very disappointed when I received my package from Fish Ex....ordered 8 pounds of  FRESH snow crab and 2 pounds of cod....When I opened the box the crab legs were thawing from being frozen and some had little pieces of ice on them. I proceeded to rinse a small crab cluster under cold water then tasted the crab meat...

False advertisments. Ema Fiedler is trained to be untruthful. What a ripoff-Do not order from this company. I thought I was ordering what was advertised in the picture for $49.99 per pound on top of shipping fee. Ema Fiedler is not a good spokesperson at all. This company is not offering any recourse-I am very disappointed. I will be reviewing on other sites, spreading the word.

This is the best place to buy salmon, halibut, shrimp, and crab, period. Been buying here for years and quality has been consistent and fabulous every time. This is the only place I've bought fish that has not been "fishy." The fish ships flash frozen or fresh and not once has it had any smell whatsoever. Pack the freezer and pull out fresh Copper River Sockeye or Yukon River King, year round. Their blue crab and king crab is the best, especially the huge Captain's Reserve claws. I recommend FishEx to everyone I meet, because they ship you the freshest Alaskan seafood. Their shipping prices are even cheaper than when they started years ago, with flat rate shipping throughout the country. Keep up the good work FishEx!
