Manager lacks customer service skills. He made us feel awkward for requesting the burger we paid for.We ordered two burgers and they forgot bbq sauce on one, and bacon on the other. We paid extra for the bacon and really wanted it.We drove back to this Five Guys and kindly asked to have our problem solved. An employee offered to make us an entire new burger with bacon on it this time, which we gladly accepted. This feels like a standard solution after a restaurant made a mistake.But as we were waiting for our problem to be solved, the manager made us feel awkward for asking for a new burger.The manager felt the need to approach us to say the employee should have offered a side of bacon for us to add to our burger instead of making us a whole new burger. (??!) Ummm what were we supposed to say to that?! So confusing.Overall just a strange visit to Five Guys and left us feeling weird. Still feel weird about it.Oh and also extremely slow service.
