Ordered through Grubhub and had a delivery issue. The manager on duty politely explained how the issue was not on their end but that they would take care of us. Delivery issues are frustrating but the customer service at this location was excellent and the food was fantastic!

Came to this Five guys 10 minutes before it closed and the entire staff was so rude, pretty much groaning about having to serve one more customer. Absolutely unprofessional and a terrible representation of Five Guys. I've NEVER experienced anything like this at any other Five Guys. Terrible! Pretty much yelled at when I didn't immediately come to pick up my shake.
