They are super slow if your order in advance for delivery they will literally make other customers order first when they receive the delivery order first. I waited 15 minutes for an order that was already put in and people coming in and ordering got there’s first

Todays burger and fries was top tier… although I didn’t deserve five guys during the week.. Charlie made my experience well worth the empty calories..

Friendly team, great customer service, great fries (shout out to Charlie on the fries ) The entire team made my experience a good one. Would definitely dine there again. The store was very clean and tidy. Enjoyable selection of music playing for guest entertainment as well.
