Fries are alright but not as good as they used to be. Burgers really went down hill to McDonald's quality now. Used to be so good the onions used to be fresh and spiraled with tons of fresh lettuce and the burgers were thicker and juicier. Felt gross that I ate it but I was so hungry and I already took it home.

I have been a Five Guys enthusiast for years and I have never had any complaints. Tonight, My office ordered Uber Eats and we decided on Five Guys. When my coworker came back with the food I was very very very upset and offended. The burgers were all incorrect and Mcdonalds could of made it better tasting and looking burger. The worst part of it all was the incompetent "manager" my coworker spoke to. He ended up hanging up on my coworker and didn't even want to do anything for us. I would NEVER recommend this specific store to anybody and we will no longer be doing business with them.

After ordering our food, this is the most disrespectful thing i ever seen from take out.
