Wrong order and poor customer service. Five Guys is my favorite burger chain and still is but this wasn't my best experience with this location. I was disappointed after getting home and discovering that my order was incorrect. I called to request my order to be remade. I drove back to the store and waited for the order. I went to the counter when I arrived and explained what happened. The employees return greeting was "were working on it" and walked away. Besides calling my order number 25 minutes later, that was the extent of the communication and service. The second order had the right burger and literally a half cup of fries. After 2 trips, the wrong burger, partial order of fries and NO customer service, my burger was cooked right but I didn't enjoy as much because I felt like I spent my money in the wrong place.
