Wow! I enjoyed a good meal @ fbroiler down in L. Niguel.. same as any other locations. pretty cool when your on the road and needs fillin up. Located in almost all places.

Ordered online delivery because I am sick. Order was incomplete. Driver took off. Only recourse is to call the store. An unnamed employee, said there was nothing he could do. He didn't know who took the order. He said I can come down and get it, I repeated I ordered delivery because I am sick. I asked if he could give me the name of the company who delivered it, or a number, again he said there's nothing he can do "some lady picked it up." Then when I objected he raised his voice and talked over me, told me to contact Anaheim main office and HUNG UP on me. I called back, he would not answer the phone. UPDATE: Manager called me next morning, apologized, and refunded my meal. Still I didn't like being talked over and hung up on and will probably avoid this one location.

I ordered a chicken bowl while driving to what I thought was the closest flame broiler. When I got there I learned my order went to a different flame broiler far from my house. I was mad, but after picking up my order and eating it my frown turned upside down All white meat chicken is worth it, very quality food, and love the veggies on the side (minus the cabbage). This place was worth the extra driving!
