Worst place to go to!!! messed up my order which was $30 and i demanded a refund on one of the bowls because they charged me extra and they charged me again this time $20 so i got $50 taken from my bank for two bowls they told me that it’s going to process my money back into my bank and it’s been a week! This is ridiculous worst costumer service and worst place I’ve ever gone to! Employees are rude at too

Place is usually pretty good but I was disappointed when I went and they were closed. The sign says they close at 8pm and they were closed when I showed up at 7:45pm. Please honor the hours you are open!

I love Flame Broiler, but not this location. The order is never correct and the chicken is always old and burnt. This time it was served with magic sauce already applied and no veggies!! I feel like they gave me their lunch instead of my own. Ew!
