My wife likes the chicken and waffles. I got a barbeque tasters platter. I was not impressed with either dish. The waffles are always burned a little bit on top. However, they give you plenty of pounded chicken breast. The fried coating was a bit too salty and I like salt. The meat on my platter was barbecued pulled chicken, pulled pork, and ribs. The chicken and pork has a smoked flavor but little else going for it except salt. I did not care for either of the sauces that came with it. The Flyin' Pig has awesome food. This time I had a BBQ pork sandwich, coleslaw with pineapple (delicious) and fried okra that was served with homemade ranch dressing.
