The best poke I have had in my life! The portions are great, the potions are plentiful and you can sit and eat inside, which is a rarity these days. The service did make me feel a bit rushed, even though we were the only patrons inside, they did have a ton of to go orders. I even told them we could wait, but it was insistent that we order but then are rushed when trying to make a decision. The unagi had a great flavor but the skin was flabby and unedible to me so I ended up taking it off. They do have some drinks and offer free infused water as well. They do have an extensive recycling program and I'm here for it. The bathrooms were clean and it was a nice spot for lunch or a date. The large bowl is big enough for two people for lunch or one hungry person.

I was a newcomer to this poke bar. The ingredients and atmosphere were excellent. The space is ample, and the decorations are outstanding. I would love to come back to enjoy the fresh and healthy food from this bar. I highly recommend it to other people.

When I heard that FOB Poke Bar was expanding to Capitol Hill, I was absolutely beside myself with excitement. Now that COVID is upon us, I've started to heavily rely on them on them as a dinner mainstay to ensure that I'm eating all of the proper food groups (and as I get increasingly tired of my own cooking). My recommendation would be to go half-FOB rice and half-greens as your base, then make extra sure that you don't skip on the crunchy bits on top. I might also recommend trying out the perfect pairing of mango, tuna, and jalapeno, but it's really up to you!
