We had a really nice waiter while dining here and the food was delicious. We decided to go with the Nine Flavor Beef and House Lo Mein, which was great to eat family style. Both were tasty, but I did think that the presentation of the Nine Flavor Beef could have been better, since it looked like a bunch of tasty and beautiful slices of beef laid out on a plate of gravy. The gravy is yummy, don't get me wrong, but I feel like it should be served on the side to not detract from the look of the beef. Disappointed that on their sign it says sushi but they don't serve sushi. Wasted my time.

Years ago we frequented Fong Asian dining when they were in a different location and loved it, especially their Thai dishes. To our delight we found them in American Fork. The food is simply delicious. I suggest their nine flavor beef it was fantastic. Service was excellent and food prep time was excellent.
