We rushed to this location while we were traveling. When we arrived 15-20 minutes before the posted closing time we were told they had already closed. Very disappointed in the misleading information.

I've eaten here before and remember the food was good. Keep in mind tho this is a college joint before anything else and the service is reflected in that. Here's a reminder on the basics of customer service:Rule #1- Greet a customer when they walk in instead of flirting with a coworker and staring at the customer like a deer in headlights.Rule #2- Give the customer a menu. There's no reason not to have paper menus, if ur trying to prevent the spread of germs than get them laminated so they can be cleaned between customers. Letting ppl know the menus only accessed via smartphone first is also a good idea.Rule #3- Don't give the customer the worst seat in the house across from the kitchen entrance when there are 10 other tables available.Next time I know to come here during the day when professionals are working.

Foo Dog is normally really good but this was an odd situation. I ordered the Bao Wow sandwich which came out cold - luke warm at best. When I notified the waiter, he proceeded to touch it and agreed that the dish was not to temperature.A few minutes later, he returns with that same dish and notifies me that he reheated it and it should be good. I reminded him that he touched it with his bare hands and asked for a remake. Though he was quick to oblige, I shouldn't have had to make this request. I was shocked. Not too long afterward did a young lady bring me another sandwich, but im not even sure it was a freshly made one. Between covid, germs, and simple etiquette, I'm not sure we'll revisit this place.
