Fort George Brewery never disappoints! During this visit the downstairs was closed for remodel/maintenance and the sign on the door indicated it would be done 01/13/22.Upstairs we were seated by the windows without any wait. Our server was lovely. Attentive and welcoming but not overbearing. The wife and I shared a Caesar salad which was huge and very fresh. It was light on the dressing avoiding the common pitfall of drenching the salad.We shared a 18” Forest pizza (mushroom/cheese/arugula) and had nearly half the pizza leftover.Beer options are frequently changing but their Courtyard Fire Amber was tasty and the pastry stout with Cinnamon Roll notes was good.Great view, fresh tasty food, and amazing service as always. Fort George is an Astoria must-visit.
