Paul at Fossil Wine Bar is awesome. Has a great selection all of the staff at friendly and its very clean. Great spot to visit, Fossil Fridays!

Always a fantastic experience. Well curated and well priced wine list showcasing the central coast (they also have intl wines). Paul the owner is the best and his wine bar is the best in the county.
