Four Seasons Bowling Center in Alexandria

Staff I really nice and helpful

(If I could rate it a zero I would) I went there with family members. There was a malfunction with the machine. We got assistance and the manager accused us of breaking the machine on purpose (apparently we threw too many balls at once and someone had already warned us) and demanded we leave the property if not they would involve the police. They refused to say who was the person who supposedly warned us nor see the camara to see if we really did anything wrong. Mind my family and I were the only Hispanics in the facility.

I see there isn't a place to leave reviews for Four Seasons Bowling Center on FB.My son & his friend, who comes to visit about 3 times a year, went to Four Seasons Bowling Center tonight. (They've been doing this for years, as the friend has moved to a different state yet they have remained best friends since kindergarten!) They bowl, eat, repeat and sometimes play the arcade or laser tag. Tonight, they decided to take a break, get a Frosty at Wendy's and then go back to bowling. It was **6pm** and an employee of four seasons stopped them at the doors, asked them how old they were, which they replied 16. (They are almost 17 yrs old!) And the employee told them that they cannot come inside because they have to be accompanied by an adult! What?! My son and his friends have been hanging out at the bowling alley for years. It's pretty much the only place in Alexandria for teens to go, besides stay at home!! I have checked the website, fb and Google and asked my son if there was a sign on the doors that said this! It's not mentioned. It's not mentioned in any FB post by four seasons either. They spent good money (Christmas money) at your facility tonight bowling, eating and playing the arcade! They were actually going to spend more money tonight but since they are 16- they were not allowed in. This was 6pm!! This has NEVER been a problem before. Now we are left won...
