Four Seasons Steak & Grill in Addison

Went here for a special occasion birthday dinner.  I had the ribeye, and although I asked for medium-well, it came back as medium.  Despite that, it was truly one of the best steaks I've ever had.  It was perfectly seasoned, came with creamy delicious mashed potatoes and a side of vegetables grilled to perfection.  I would rate the steak 5 stars Where this restaurant lacks is the Indo/Pak food and service the night we were there.  We also ordered the malai chicken and beef paya.  The chicken was just okay, nothing special.  We were told they did not have beef paya but did have goat.  Unfortunately we were not told the goat paya was $6 more and it was not on the menu. My one big complaint is that this restaurant is extremely over priced for the portions they offer in the Indo/Pak dishes and service they provide.  If I'm paying $24 for one dish of paya, I would appreciate if it would at least be enough for 2 people.  Along with being expensive and stingy on the portion, the taste of the dish was just okay, not amazing. Where I give the restaurant 1 star is for service. We saw the waiter once when we gave our order, once when we got the food and once when we got the check.  We were not offered refills on water or anyone coming by to ask us how everything is or if we needed anything. All in all, I would likely return for the amazing steak, but I would not recommend this place for Indo/Pak food.  If you want to be a 5 star restaurant with 5 star prices, then offer 5 star service and 5 star dishes.

Went there for our anniversary Dinner. One of the best steaks we ever had. The staff is amazing!! Will be going again very soon!!

Horrific! Atmosphere is amazingly bad. Went to this place on my birthday with my family of four. The seating that have for the booths do not fit the booths! Whoever designed this layout needs to never design anything ever again. I tried to use the restroom---had to wait because they are solo restrooms and an employee was using it---once the employee exited I entered with one of my 7 year old twins to find paper towel and toilet paper all over the floor/etc. It was disgusting. I called a "manager" over and he cleaned it up a bit. After all this...we are back at the strange booth----and we are approached by a 'host' I think.....I think we were originally seated by a 'manager'....we are told that we are TOO EARLY to order from the entire menu (it's 5pm by the way...and we are at a place called "Four Seasons Steak & Grill")...we are told that we can NOT order from the "American" side of the menu....that we can NOT order any steaks....that it is too early...
