I order from Fox Den very often... but tonight was TRASH!!! I ordered wings to be cooked extra crispy with my sauce on the side. When I received my order, the wings were SOGGY AND SAUCED! When I called to speak with the manager I was told that he cooked the wings himself 4 times yet. Now any other time they are only cooked twice and crispy to my satisfaction. Not only did he get smart when I requested a remake, he stated that it would be a 1 hour wait (for wings that only take 5 minutes to run through the oven). Then when I insisted on a refund bc he had an issue remaking them to my satisfaction the manager became very disrespectful and said I’m going to refund you but don’t ever call back to order again... I hope this manger has a back up plan because once I get done with corporate he won’t have a job!! You can bet on that!!
