Margeaux has totally impressed me by baking the impossible...she made the most DELICIOUS, GLUTEN-FREE, Blueberry Scones!!! I haven’t been able to find a scone that I could eat for the last couple of years, since the great gluten-free transition (they were always my favorite treat), but now I have, and they’re everything I’ve been dreaming of! The texture is just right and they aren’t too sweet. I purchased two from her at the West Asheville Tailgate Market on Tuesday, and will definitely be coming back for more. Pair one with coffee and it’s absolutely heavenly! I’m a happy girl. Thank you!
