Frank's Pizza of Bartonsville in Arlington Heights

I don't think I've ever had soggier noodles in my life, my salad was dreadful and had one tomato, when I called for a take out order the girl I suppose forgot to hang up and started talking trash about me and other people's orders while I was still very much on the phone!.. really unprofessional place and they usually either get my order wrong or forget something so I just don't even entertain going here any longer.

Worst people skills, very arrogant & ignorant

This place has the worst customer service and lack of sensitivity toward an individual's health, I have ever seen in a food establishment. Recently, I stopped to dine in. I purchased food and drinks for my daughter and wife. I could not order food for myself due to a health issue diet. I was handed a bag which contained food tailored to my diet by a family member. As soon as I began to eat, I was approached by one of the waitresses and was told that I could not eat food that was not purchased at Frank's Pizza. I explained to the young lady that I purchased food and drinks for my family. That the only reason I was not eating something from the pizzeria was because of a health issue special diet. Immediately as I am explaining the situation to the waitress. I was approached by a male who was very rude as he stated you can't eat that here! In an extremely rude approach. At which time, I told my wife and daughter that we would be leaving. I have been to many establishments throughout the years and I have never experienced such lack of consideration and sensitivity towards an individual's health. This establishment definitely need to reevaluate their policy and train their staff how to treat customers especially those with special diets due to medical issues. Very poor attitude towards...
