Frank's Restaurant is a low-key, hole in the wall diner which serves delicious casual breakfast! I ordered the French toast, which was light and fluffy on the inside with a delicate crispiness on the outside, and it quite literally melted in my mouth. The sausages and hash browns were also delicious-- I can't wait to go back! Prices were super reasonable and the service was great.
