The pizza was very good! I would have preferred a little more pizza sauce, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste.

Frank's Roman pizza is Asheville's hidden gem. Frank has real New York pizza that brings me right back to having pizza in Brooklyn when I was younger. I think it is perhaps the best pizza I have had in the southeast for 20 years. Additionally, the man who runs the place is friendly and passionate about what he does. He want substitute quality for anything.
