This place is great. Clean, well managed, super friendly staff. I had an order with 18 items on it and before I could even ask, they offered to help me take it out to my car. Chris even helped me put the bags in my car. Top notch place, top notch people.

The one time I come here my custard is melted after waiting over 20 minutes just to get it and 6$ for this small thing is just crazy.

Stopped by the Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers on FM1960 W for a late lunch on New Year's Eve. The service was fine. So was my burger and its timeliness. The size of it was slightly disappointing, while the fries were disappointing. I didn't have any custard on this visit, but I have had them in the past from another location and it was good.
