I went to the drive thru today and waited about 15 minutes before I received my food. I waited at the window for at least 15 minutes before I received my meal. The young lady who took my card and gave me my drink left the window and never returned, someone else came and gave me my order. That young lady had an attitude and never apologized for the long wait. She said they were short staffed and shut the window before I could say anything else. It'll be a long time before I visit Freddy's again. My fries were cold and my bun was soggy.

First time here and it was so great. The service was great food was hot fresh and delicious. As I’ve seen on other reviews here there Assistant Manager Gwen is amazing my son cannot stop talking about her as he says she’s the Coolest. She was so friendly from beginning to end and made the experience even better. We appreciate you Freddy’s and we will definitely be back and hope to see Gwen again!
