I've been by this location a few times in the past few months. First visit was great, steady decline ever since. Drove thru to treat my son to a sundae. I placed my cup between my legs and drove off. Low and behold ice cream is dripping from the bottom of the cup onto my leg and all over the car. Saw immediately that a hole was punched through the bottom of the cup by an ice pick or similar size implement. What gets me about these places is that I call and ask to speak to a manager. The first guy that took the call, no one would want working on their rocket. The second guy asked me to come by so he could have a look. Sure, let me whip around and come on in for a visit. Then he wants me to write down a phone number. Really? Long and short, texted pictures to him, never heard a word back. The end

The food is good but these mfs In the drive thru are so slow, unfriendly and non professional. Waited more than 12 minutes for a hotdog and a burger not even a meal. Then the manager just stands in front of the window texting on his phone the entire time, no sorry for the wait or anything. Gets home and the Chicago dog I got isn't even in the bread properly...like the think was split in half with all the ingredients and topping falling through it. WthEdit: I would be totally understanding If they were busy but I was the ONLY person in the drive thru with no one inside.
